Hi, I’m Sarah, Founder of CodexMotive.
With years of experience in enterprise IT, accessibility, and digital transformation, I’ve had the opportunity to help organizations deliver reliable, secure, and inclusive technology solutions. Throughout my career, I worked alongside cross-functional teams to improve websites, applications, and digital services, while ensuring they met accessibility standards and provided exceptional user experiences.
As I collaborated with businesses across different industries, I noticed a common challenge. Many organizations wanted to create accessible digital experiences but found accessibility standards complex, time-consuming, and difficult to implement. Too often, accessibility became a final compliance checklist instead of an integral part of the design and development process.
That realization inspired me to establish CodexMotive Digital Solutions.
Based in Waterloo, Ontario, CodexMotive partners with businesses, nonprofits, and public organizations to create digital experiences that are accessible, compliant, and built for long-term success. Our services include accessibility audits, WCAG and AODA compliance consulting, VPAT creation, website and document remediation, accessibility testing, accessibility training and web & mobile application development.
