An AODA website audit, tested by a person.

We test your site the way disabled people use it: keyboard only, with screen readers, and zoomed in. We test to WCAG 2.2 AA, which covers the WCAG 2.0 AA standard Ontario's AODA requires. Every finding comes with the fix.

Organizations with 20 or more employees must file their next AODA compliance report by December 31, 2026.

What AODA asks of your website

  • Organizations with 50 or more employees, and the public sector, must have public websites that meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA. This has applied since January 1, 2021.
  • Organizations with 20 or more employees must file their next AODA compliance report by December 31, 2026.
  • The penalties under the Act go up to $100,000 a day for a corporation. Enforcement usually starts with an inspection and an order to comply.

We don't sell overlays or widgets.

Start with a mini audit

We test one full user journey, such as your booking or checkout flow, start to finish, with a keyboard and screen readers, across 3 to 5 key pages. You get a remediation roadmap, a call to walk through it, and one re-test after your fixes. $750 CAD, and you know the scope before any testing starts.

Full audit and other prices

  1. Scope

We agree the pages, the key user journeys and the standard.

  2. Test

An automated pass, then keyboard, screen reader and zoom testing by hand.

  3. Report

Where each barrier is, who it blocks, how to fix it and which WCAG criterion it breaks.
